RC Prospects Privacy Policy

RC Prospects, LLC ("RC Prospects," "we," "our," or "us") operates RCProspects.com and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about players, parents/legal guardians, college coaches, and other users of the Platform.

By creating an account, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

RC Prospects may collect and process the following categories of information:

Player Information

• Player name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth and age
• Parent/legal guardian information for minor players (ages 13–17)
• Graduation year
• City and state
• High school
• Travel organization/team
• Jersey number
• Sport (baseball or softball)
• Primary and secondary positions
• Bats and throws
• Height and weight
• Player metrics and performance data
• GPA and academic/test information (SAT, ACT)
• NCAA/NAIA IDs when provided
• Recruiting preferences and goals
• Target colleges and dream schools
• Player photos and videos
• Transcripts (when provided)
• Social media information and links
• Recruiting activity (views, contacts, saved colleges)
• Saved, viewed, and contacted colleges and coaches

College Coach Information

• Coach name, school, division, sport, and role
• Contact information
• Recruiting position needs and preferences
• Account and activity information

Account and Transaction Information

• Account credentials and profile information
• Membership and subscription information
• Transaction information (amounts, dates, membership plans)
• Payment authorization records (not full card numbers or CVV)
• Website, device, and technical information (IP address, browser, device type, usage data)

3. How We Use Your Information

RC Prospects may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing Player Accounts and Profiles
• Creating and managing College Coach Accounts
• Enabling Player Search by college coaches
• Enabling College Coach Search by players
• Facilitating recruiting communication between players and coaches
• Player Profile sharing and distribution (with player authorization)
• Providing Recruiting Coach services and features
• College matching and fit tools
• Recruiting calendars and checklists
• Coach-view tracking and notifications
• Processing memberships and payments
• Providing customer support
• Maintaining security and preventing fraud
• Improving our services
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Responding to payment disputes with relevant transaction documentation

4. Player Profile Sharing and Distribution

Authorized Player Profile information may be made available to registered college coaches on the Platform for recruiting and evaluation purposes.

RC Prospects does not sell Player Recruiting Profiles to college coaches.

With your authorization, RC Prospects may distribute your recruiting profile and player-provided recruiting information to college coaches for recruiting exposure. Profile distribution is an exposure and information service. RC Prospects does not negotiate, accept, reject, or enter into agreements on your behalf. 5. Minor Players — Age Policy

RC Prospects maintains the following age-based account policy:

• Under 13: Players under the age of 13 may not create or maintain a Player Account on RC Prospects. Registration is blocked for players under age 13.
• Ages 13–17: Players ages 13 through 17 may create a Player Account with required Parent/Legal Guardian information and acknowledgment. The parent or legal guardian must provide their name, email, and phone number, and must confirm authorization for the account.
• Age 18+: Players age 18 and older may independently create and manage an account without parent/guardian requirements.

RC Prospects does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

6. Service Providers

RC Prospects may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, processing payments, sending communications, and providing other services. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to RC Prospects and are required to protect your information.

7. Payment Processors

RC Prospects uses third-party payment processors, including Authorize.net and PayPal, to process payments. RC Prospects does not store full credit or debit card numbers or CVV/security codes. Payment processing is subject to the applicable processor's terms and privacy practices. RC Prospects retains transaction records, authorization records, and subscription information for business and legal compliance purposes.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

RC Prospects may use cookies, session tokens, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, maintain login sessions, and improve user experience. You may adjust cookie settings in your browser, though some Platform features may not function properly without cookies.

9. Data Security

RC Prospects uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your account credentials confidential.

10. Data Retention

RC Prospects retains your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction and authorization records are retained for business and legal compliance purposes.

11. Privacy Requests

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. RC Prospects is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RC Prospects may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
