1. What RC Prospects Provides

RC Prospects provides the following services:

• College recruiting technology
• Recruiting information and education
• Recruiting coaching
• Communication tools between players and college coaches
• College-search resources
• Player Profile exposure to registered college coaches

2. Services May Include

Depending on your membership, RC Prospects services may include:

• Helping players identify colleges matching academic, athletic, geographic, positional, and personal preferences
• College and college-coach information
• Target-college lists
• Recruiting education and guidance
• Assistance preparing recruiting communications
• Tools allowing players to communicate directly with college coaches
• Making Player Profiles available to registered college coaches
• Distributing or sharing Player Profiles and player-provided recruiting information when authorized

3. Player Profile Distribution

With your authorization, RC Prospects may distribute your recruiting profile and player-provided recruiting information to college coaches for recruiting exposure.

Up to four times per year, RC Prospects may distribute your recruiting profile and player-provided recruiting information to selected college coaches based on factors such as your graduation year, position, recruiting preferences, and potential college fit when this service is included in your membership.

Profile Distribution is an exposure and information service. It does NOT authorize RC Prospects to:

• Negotiate for a player
• Accept or reject offers on a player's behalf
• Make commitments on a player's behalf
• Enter into agreements on a player's behalf
• Negotiate scholarships or financial aid
• Bind the player to a college or organization

4. No Athlete-Agent or Representative Relationship

RC Prospects is a college recruiting technology, information, education, coaching, communication, and player-profile exposure service. RC Prospects is not an athlete agent, sports agent, NIL agent, attorney, legal representative, financial advisor, or representative authorized to act or negotiate on behalf of a player.

Using RC Prospects or purchasing a membership does not create an athlete-agent, principal-agent, fiduciary, attorney-client, employment, partnership, or representative relationship.

RC Prospects has no authority to bind a player to a college, university, athletic program, coach, conference, professional organization, or other third party.

RC Prospects does not negotiate, accept, reject, modify, or enter into agreements on behalf of players, including professional sports contracts, endorsement agreements, NIL agreements, scholarships, financial-aid agreements, enrollment agreements, or other contracts or agreements.

5. No NIL Services

RC Prospects does not provide NIL representation, NIL contract negotiation, NIL deal procurement, or athlete-agent services. Nothing on the Platform constitutes NIL representation or athlete-agent services.

6. Player and Family Retain Control

The player and family retain full control over all of the following decisions:

• College selection
• Admissions
• Enrollment
• Scholarships
• Financial aid
• Roster opportunities
• Commitments
• Transfers
• Eligibility
• Participation

7. No Guarantee of Recruiting Results

RC Prospects does not guarantee college coach interest, coach communications, player evaluations, roster opportunities, scholarships, admission, financial aid, playing time, placement, or any recruiting outcome.
